Can I cancel an order?
Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your Biomedic Labs, LLC account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that your account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.

Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?
Because of some unforeseen increased demand, Biomedic Labs, LLC may sell out of any product at any time. Biomedic Labs, LLC will do everything within our power to always have product in our warehouse.

Will my order go out UPS Ground or Priority Mail
UPS Ground will be used if package weight is more than 3lbs. We will email you a tracking number for the shipped package the day the order is sent. You can choose your package directly on our site. USPS Priority Mail will be used if package weight is less than 3lbs. All packages shipped through Priority Mail do have delivery confirmations. There are some tracking capabilities but the sole purpose for a delivery confirmation is to let us know the date and time you get your package. USPS Priority Mail will be used for all Military APO addresses. If you have a special request please contact us so we can accomodate your needs.

Do your ship to Military APO's addresses?
Yes, Biomediclabs.com ships via USPS Priority Mail to the following locations; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and all Military AE's, AA's and AP's. Prices for shipping to these locations will be adjusted based on weight and destination. We can not offer Free Shipping to these locations.

Do you except returns?
Biomedic Labs, LLC excepts returns for all unopened products within 15 days from the purchase date. Biomedic Labs, LLC will refund 100% of money within the 15 day return policy. Biomedic Labs, LLC does not reimburse shipping cost for the returned product. If product is returned within the 15 day time period Biomedic Labs, LLC has the right to charge customer a 20% restocking fee.
