Return Policy
We do hope that you have enjoyed your online shopping experience and sincerely appreciate your business with Biomedic Labs, LLC. In order to keep our prices consistently competitive, we find it necessary to implement the following guidelines for returning merchandise.
Currently, we can only accept returns within the 15 day return period for items that are unopened. This return period begins on the date you receive your order, at which time the Terms of Use Policy and the Return Policy were agreed upon. There are some items that are NOT RETURNABLE:
International shipping orders cannot be returned.
Medical Devices (Lactate Meters Etc.)
Unless merchandise is damaged or defective, returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. At this time, we are unable to offer store credit for returned merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to accept returns 15 days after the receipt of your purchase.
For damaged or defective merchandise:
- Contact our returns department at (888) 298-7363 to obtain a return authorization number (RA). Should you call outside of normal business hours, please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number and order number.
- Biomedic Labs, LLC will send a return label or UPS Call Tag to the address.
- Package your item(s) securely and ship the item to Biomedic Labs, LLC with the return label.
- Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and a replacement item will be sent to you.
For general returns within the 15 day return period:
- Contact our returns department at (888) 298-7363 to obtain a return authorization number. Should you call outside of normal business hours, please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number and order number.
- Package your item(s) securely. We suggest you insure the return and ship the item to Biomedic Labs, LLC of the following suggested shipping options:
- Take the package to your local post office.
- Request a UPS Call Tag from Biomedic Labs, LLC and the item will be picked up from your business or home. There is a fee for this service and we will deduct this fee from your return credit amount.
- Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and begin the refund process. The amount refunded is calculated using the original purchase price of the item and tax (if applicable), less the 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded; Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, these policies are in place so that we can offer you the highest quality merchandise at competitive prices. While we do provide detailed information about each product on our website, we understand you may have additional questions. Prior to your purchase, feel free to call and speak with one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives about any of our products. This will help eliminate unnecessary returns and fees and ensure that you, as our valued customer, receive the proper item.
